In the recent past years the use of credit cards has terrifically increased. But still many feels insure and don’t have a credit card. I would like to make some point clear about credit cards. Let’s explore what are the credit cards are all about?
Credit cards were introduced in the market by Barclay bank back in 1966. At that time it was used as a charge card with a bill fully paid at the end of every month with a limit credit of 100 only. Today the scenario has changed dramatically. Now there are thousands of credit cards to choose from and it has become so hard to choose a card which is best suited. But there are two points on the basis of which it is easy to select the appropriate card i.e., the grace period and the interest. Credit card has made the life more convenient as it allow traveling without money. Now let’s talk about some technical part of credit cards like how credit works, what is the grace period and what can be the interest on credit card and all. Credit card facilitates the card holder to buy goods or services on credit for a predetermined period and then paying off the entire amount within the due date, thereby incurring no interest at all regardless of the DMV. The interest is zero if you pay your credit before due date, if you fails to do so then the card issuer can impose interest charge on you. Grace period varies from 15-60 days. Credit card is convenient and safe to use. So don’t delay, get the things moving. |
